Do you already work with Facilities management companies?
Yes, we work with many facilities companes across the southwest already supplying a range of different machines, from landry machines to dishwashers.
Are Gillman's covered by any industry accreditations or H&S accreditations?
Gillman’s are SMAS/SIPP registered (certificate 149110) and also Gas safe registered (Registration number 922784 ) and fully insured, we use our own directly employed DBS checked staff for all installation and service/repair works.
If a machine fails on our customers site, what is the typical SLA from us informing you?
Our typical response time is same day / next day which is what we aim for and generally achieve, however better than that our first time fix rate is very high as our engineers are trained by the manufacturers and they carry many parts on the service vans, further supported by additional parts stored at both our Gloucester and Exeter branches.
How would we go about getting prices for sites bearing in mind they can all vary?
It is typical for our team to provide a site survey for each location, there are so many variables around access, space and available utilities we really need too, the benefit however is each site gets a bespoke solution that is a great fit for the site.
