Do Gillman's get involved in tenders and RFQs
Yes , we use platforms such as Contracts advance and Proactis to monitor for appropriate new tenders and frameworks or RFQ’s, We also work with some of our Key manufacturers such as Miele and Electrolux professional to deliver their services, if you do have documentation that you are looking for costs or an expression of interest please contact us.
If we required someone to visit a location of ours, and compile a tender would you help us?
This is something we do, As we appreciate public sector companies need to follow best practice and depending on the amount go out to market and tender, where we can help is making sure the document is as accurate as possible.
What is the timescale for a service and repair job?
Our typical response time is same day / next day which is what we aim for and generally achieve, however better than that our first time fix rate is very high as our engineers are trained by the manufacturers and they carry many parts on the service vans, further supported by additional parts stored at both our Gloucester and Exeter branches.
