Gillman’s have been supplying holiday parks and campsites with easy to use reliable commercial washing machines and tumble dryers for over 50 years.
How we work today though is much different than the days of old top loading machines and buying packets of detergent from the shop with customers always asking for change or buying tokens.
Whilst we do still supply coin or token operated machines, todays offerings tend to be very efficient front loading machines which can be auto dosed and paid for with cashless systems such as Nayax or Air Wallet, no more issues with lost tokens or needing change and experience has shown us more people use a contactless machine than a token or coin machine, Why ? convenience, its easy.
At Gillman’s you can rent, lease purchase or outright purchase new machines , payment systems and detergents and as well as supplying we can also help with planning , installation , machine recommendation and ongoing service and repair support.
If you already have existing machines we can offer a service and repair solution and in most cases can retrofit cashless systems to your current machines, contact us now and one of our team can visit your site and make recommendations on what’s achievable.
For bigger sites we can also help with back of house laundries if you are laundering your own hire fleet bedding in house, so larger non coin washers , dryers and ironers and can even offer dishwashers and glass washers for on site restaurants and club houses.

What purchase options can you offer ?
We can offer normal purchase either by pro forma invoice or an approved credit account and we can also offer rental which includes all the service and repair and lease purchase options which can be arranged a term to suit your business.
What is your response time if I have a breakdown?
We aim for a same day / next day service response and are justifiably proud of our high first time fix rate using our own fleet of engineers
Are your machines complaint for public usage?
Yes , Commercial machines need to be WRAS ( Water regulations approval scheme ) complaint preventing back flow into the mains water system, tumble dryers can often be Gas or LPG heated and require annual duct cleaning and GAS safety certificates, all of which we can support.
I am thinking of building a new laundry, how can you help?
Yes, right from the start we can advise on utility requirements, machine layouts and work with your contractors to ensure services, air vents and ducting go in at the point of build.
Can you take care of the detergents and softeners?
Yes, commercial machines are designed with auto dosing detergents in mind, we can supply products you and your customers will be familiar with such as Persil and Comfort as well as our own branded products.
Is there a certain size I need to be to work with you?
No, We work with any size park, from small sites with one washer and dryer to large groups with 10+ parks across several counties, we can create a bespoke solution for any business size.
What payment options can you offer my customers?
Several, beyond the traditional coin or token payments we can also offer contactless payment and or chip and pin solutions that can utilize smart watches and phones with platforms like Google & Apple Pay and in some cases a mix of both such as coin and contactless depending on machine manufacture.
